Recipe "Snack of cheese and grapes on skewers":
- semi-hard cheese varieties (such as "Cheddar" "Gouda" or "Dorblu") - 70-80 g
- white seedless grapes - 15 berries (a total weight of 100-110 gr.)
- Fresh tarragon - 15 leaves (optional)
- plastic or wooden skewers for canapes - 15 pcs.
Step by step recipe for cooking
If you bought the cheese in one piece, cut them into cubes about the size of 1,5x1,5 cm (weighing about 5 g each).
Grapes wash, dry. Tarragon (if you use it in a recipe) and rinse and pat dry.
On each skewer skewered on a single grape(Pierced through it along), tarragon leaf and a slice of cheese (cheese puncture carefully: if skewer pierce it completely and the tip will stick out ready canapés will be unstable).
Before filing remove the skewers in a cool (preferably at a temperature of about 15 ° C) place, covering them with plastic wrap on top of the food. But do not pull from the serving!
