Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Anneal eggplant over high heat (on the grillor incorporated directly on a gas or electric burner) to complete charring all sides. Charred Eggplant fold into a bowl and let it cool, then peel and chop the flesh.

Step 2

Chop the onion and fry in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the cumin seeds and fry for another 10 minutes. on low heat.

Step 3

Mix the eggplant with fried onions, salt and pepper. If desired, whisk blender.
