Ingredients 180 ml sauce:
60 ml balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon Fresh needles of rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
120 ml of olive oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl of a blender and milled until a homogeneous emulsion. Done!
The charge can be stored in a refrigerator in a sealed jar to 2 weeks.
