Step by step recipe for cooking
Place the mushrooms in a bowl, cover with paper forbaking or cling film (make a few punctures) and turn the microwave on maximum power. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until softened. Fold in a colander to glass liquid. Return to the bowl.
Onions finely chop. Preheat a skillet in vegetable oil, add the onion and thyme. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes over moderate heat until the onion is soft and lightly browned. Put in a bowl with mushrooms. Stir in sour cream and mustard, salt.
Knead the dough. In a bowl, pour the oil and kvass, salt, add both types of flour. Knead a soft dough. Do not knead - as soon as the dough gathered into a ball, it is ready for use.
Preheat the oven to the set in the middle of the inverted baking up to 200 C.
On a piece of paper for baking roll or knead the dough with your fingers in a circle of 3-5 mm thickness. Use your fingers to knead the dough edges (width of about 2 cm), so that they are thinner than the middle.
Put the stuffing in the mushroom in the middle of the cake. Lift the edges of the dough, covering of the filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the paper with hot biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
