- Pork - 600 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- lime juice - 1 teaspoon
- soy sauce - 1.5 tablespoons
- mixed spices (paprika, parsley, oregano, curry, sesame, turmeric, oregano) - 1/3 Art.
Step by step recipe for cooking
Pork chop on a plate marinated in lime juice and soy sauce for 20-30 minutes. On the marinated pork put a slice of cheese.
Close rolls, strung on skewers or shapmura (the latter should be soaked in water for 15 minutes.)
Similarly fold the remaining pieces of meat
Spices pour onto the surface (I mix already finished the purchase, but you can collect it the most - by adding or removing ingredients).
Roll the skewers in the mixture on all sides. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Cook over moderately hot coals, turning frequently - 10-15 minutes.
Serve with greens and vegetables!
