Recipe "Bulburgery":

BulburgeryToday I give a recipe for another food withworkshops Tasty Blog Festival. I know exactly what this dish waiting for many. This recipe author Denis Svetova - Chef "Varadero", a master chef, an Olympic team member, a member of the Guild of Chefs Belarus.

The festival bulburgery filed with the Dutchsauce. But in the words of the boss, they can submit to another sauce to your taste. I cite the variant with cheese sauce - it is easier and less risky to prepare than gollandez ;)

Denis Lights

Ingredients 4 servings:

250 g mushrooms
1 medium onion
2 chicken fillets
1 tsp prepared mustard
4 long slices of bacon (smoked bacon)
200 g of potatoes
50 g carrots
1 egg
150 g of broccoli (preferably frozen)
50 g of cheese
25 g of butter
1 tsp flour
250ml milk
150 g of melted cream cheese without flavorings
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Coarsely chop the onion. Mushrooms cut into slices.

In a skillet over medium heat 2 tablespoons warm up vegetable oil, put the onion and mushrooms, fry, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes.

While preparing fried, cut each fillet into 2 parts along.


Lubricate mustard, salt and pepper. Wrapped in bacon.

On high heat, warm up the pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Fry fillets on all sides, about 5-6 minutes total. Passed on to a plate and cover with foil.

Prepare the potato mixture. On a fine grater three potatoes, carrots, salt, add half the beaten eggs and mix.

Broccoli finely chop, add half the grated cheese, salt and stir.

Prepare the sauce. The dipper melt the butter. Put the flour and fry, stirring, until golden brown. Carefully pour in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps formed. Bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese and the remaining half of the grated cheese. Add salt to taste, cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the fire.

Put a clean frying pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium heat. Put a quarter of potato and carrot weight and level. Top hinder fried fillet wrapped in bacon.

On fillet put a quarter of the mass of broccoli.

Fry for 1 minute, then carefully turn over. The edges of the potato pancake must thus wrap the sides of the fillet.

After the coup bulburger fry for another 2 minutes. We shift on a napkin to soak up excess fat. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. If the pan is great - just 4 bulburgera cook - it's much easier and faster ;)

To apply, pour the sauce onto a plate, put bulburger and complement zazharki of mushrooms and onions.
