Burrito with beef and red beansIt is strange that only now I have reached his hands to cook a dish of Mexican cuisine - all in fact simple and quite universal. In any case, the closed space :)

The filling for burritos - a ground often orchopped minced meat with various additives, more or less acute. I added in stuffing beans and corn, which are the traditional products in the Mexican cuisine. Without chili, of course, too, it was not :)

Ingredients 6 servings:

6 tortillas or round lavash
1 medium onion
1 large bell pepper
1 chilli (size - depending on your relationship to acute)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground cumin (cumin)
600g minced beef (chicken and pork will also work)
1 can of red beans
100-150 grams of canned corn
salt and pepper to taste
200 g of a semisolid cheese
2 small cucumber
6 leaves, "iceberg" or other juicy lettuce


Finely chop the onion, garlic and chilli. Sweet peppers cut into cubes.

In a frying pan over medium heat 2 tablespoons warm up vegetable oil. Put the onion and fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.

Add the bell peppers and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Add to the pan chilli, garlic and cumin. Fry, stirring, 1 minute. Add the mince and fry until the meat is opaque, and then another 7-10 minutes.

Add the kidney beans (drained fluid, rinse the beans itself) and corn.

Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

On tortilla put lettuce on it - the grated cheese on top of the cheese - fried beef with vegetables. Add the julienne cucumber.

Putting burrito

We turn tortilla and serve.
