Cut slices of cabbage leaves, measuring about 2.5 cm Mushrooms cut into several pieces, pepper and onion -. Strips or rings. Grind the ginger and garlic.
Now prepare the spices: cumin, coriander, black pepper and allspice to warm up on a dry frying pan. Thereafter, crushed in a mortar.
In vegetable oil fry the cabbage. In the same pan fry the mushrooms, then add the sweet pepper and fry.
Onions, garlic and ginger fry separately, addspices and cook for another 1 minute. Next, add the tomatoes, then combine with cabbage and mushrooms. Cook, covered for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper added to taste. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
