Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Cut the fish into thin slices. Season it with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 2

Make a sauce of olives, pomelo segments, dried tomatoes, lime juice and olive oil. To this mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mass possible.

Step 3

Put the fish on a plate, pour the sauce and sprinkle with dried black olives pitted. Garnish with thin slices of toast.
