For the dough:

250 ml of cold water
1 egg
2 tablespoons vodka
3 tablespoons olive oil (vegetable can be replaced)
4.5 cups of flour (the amount should be adjusted according to the situation)
1/2 tsp salt

For filling:

600g minced meat (I scrolled veal with pork 1: 1)
2 large onions (a bow is better to spare - what it more - the more juicy and flavorful toppings)
2 cloves garlic
the small bundle of parsley and dill
salt and pepper to taste


Pour water into a large bowl, add the vodka in it, oil, egg and salt. Beat. Begin slowly pour the flour, stirring constantly. The result should be a smooth dough is not too steep.


Cover and set aside in its side.

Onion, herbs and garlic finely chop (I grind everything in a blender), add in minced meat, salt and pepper to taste, knead.


The dough is thin (1-2 mm) roll out on floured table, a bowl of appropriate size is cut out circles. For each put stuffing, evenly distributed over half the cake.
