Recipe "Garlic vinaigrette dressing":
I love garlic in all its forms - including salad dressing. I want to offer you an excellent option for filling of fresh vegetables and leafy salads.
Preparing it is quite simple, and the result is simply excellent.
Ingredients 4 servings:
2 medium garlic cloves
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Put the garlic in a mortar with 2 large pinches of salt. Pestle is pounded into a puree.
Pour the vinegar, stir and give to stand for 3 minutes.
A thin stream pour the oil, whisking constantly with a fork until it forms an emulsion (oil must be uniformly mixed with the other ingredients).
If necessary, add more salt and pepper.
Filling is ready!
