Step by step recipe for cooking

Cook the couscous. Pour the couscous in a bowl, pour the boiling broth, stir. Cover and leave for 20-25 minutes, until barley is tender and has absorbed the broth.

In a frying pan in 2 tablespoons olive oilturns to fry all the vegetables, and then the chicken. In a bowl, whisk dressing: 1 tablespoon of olive oil to combine with vinegar and chopped mint. Couscous, chicken and vegetables, including corn, folded into a bowl and mix well, add the filling. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in the form of heat.
