Recipe "churros":

ChurrosChurros - is a traditional Spanish brewbakery products. I would say that this is a cross between a donut and brushwood. Prepared from the usual churros choux pastry, fried deep-fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar. He served most often for breakfast.


60 g butter
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon Sahara
2 eggs
powdered sugar for sprinkling
oil for frying


In saucepan, mix the oil, water and sugar, bring to a boil.


Remove from the heat, interferes with the flour.

Add the flour

By adding one egg after each stir until uniform.

We shift the dough into a pastry bag with a nozzle-star. Heat the oil. From the bag squeezing fried dough in the form of rings (I turned krakozyabry :) ).


Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, served warm.
