Churros - is a traditional Spanish brewbakery products. I would say that this is a cross between a donut and brushwood. Prepared from the usual churros choux pastry, fried deep-fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar. He served most often for breakfast.
60 g butter
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon Sahara
powdered sugar for sprinkling
oil for frying
In saucepan, mix the oil, water and sugar, bring to a boil.
