  • milk 3.2% - 2 liters
  • Kefir 3.2% - 2 liters

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Milk we bring almost to a boil, pour yogurt. Once the mass curdle, remove from heat. Weight should not boil. Give cool. Filter.

Step 2

We shift the curds in cheesecloth and remove the yoke of a few hours.
