Soften 40g butter. Sift the flour mound in the center, make an indentation - "well", put it in the softened butter, milk and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough smooth. Wrap it in foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
For the filling, clean the mushrooms, slice themsmall pieces. Garlic lightly crush the flat side of a knife. Finely chop the parsley. Ras drown the remaining butter in a frying pan, fry the garlic over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add the mushrooms, increase the heat to high, and the second-tovte 10 minutes. Season with salt and sprinkle with parsley. Cool.
Roll out the dough into two thin layer. On one of them, spread the filling portions, cover with second layer of dough and press with your fingers where there is no stuffing. Cut a rectangular krostoi toothed wheel.
In a deep frying pan heat the oil for deep-fryinga layer of 3-4 cm, and fry it krostoi several pieces until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Ready krostoi remove with a slotted spoon and spread on paper towels. Serve hot.
