Deep white beans with mint and hazelnuts


  • 250 g white beans
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • 1/8 liter of olive oil
  • 5 leaves of fresh peppermint
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • juice of half a large lemon

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Beans soak for 8 hours, then wash and boil until tender. Ready to shift the beans in a blender.

Step 2

Garlic cleaned, passed through a garlic press and rub it with a pinch of salt and a little olive oil.

Step 3

Parsley and mint finely chopped, crushed hazelnuts.

Step 4

Garlic, parsley, mint and walnuts add to the beans in a blender. Carefully grind until smooth. Gradually introduce the remaining olive oil.

Cooked pasta in taste and season with salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Mix in blender again until all the compound ingredients.

step 6

Serve with toasted white bread or pita bread and shredded vegetables.
