Step by step recipe for cooking
Peel eggplant peel, cut into large chunks (eg, 8 pieces). Put eggplant in a double boiler, cook on high for 20 minutes a couple.
While the eggplant is cooked, peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce.
When the eggplant will be ready, to shift them in a container and pour the hot oil with spices. Stir and cool completely. Before serving, sprinkle with a handful of cilantro leaves.
