Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Pass through a garlic press, removingpre-green sprout. Tomato cut, remove the seeds and juice, cut the flesh into small cubes. Mix the prepared ingredients with natural yogurt.

Step 2

Boil two eggs "in the bag" in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Fill with cold water, peel (or cook poached eggs).

Step 3

In a bowl, place 2 generous tablespoons of sauce on top- Eggs. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro. Cut the egg yolk to spread out a bit, and serve immediately with crackers. Do not add salt to the dish - garlic is enough.
