The latter have little excuse - it is also a very tasty pasta, do not need more tricks and problems in the preparation of ;) In general, the target audience for this recipe anyway there :)

In this recipe you can prepare not only fettuccini, but also other long pasta - spaghetti, linguine, tagliatelle.

Ingredients 4 servings:

400g fettuccine
250 ml whipping cream (30% fat)
80 g butter
50 g parmesan or grana padano
salt and pepper to taste
a pinch of grated nutmeg, if desired


Put on the stove a pot of salted water and bring to a boil.

While the water boils, the total amount of cream is molded into a separate glass of 50-70 ml of cream and set aside to the side. In a large saucepan pour the remaining cream and put oil.

Gray over medium heat until the butter has melted and the cream does not begin to boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to the side.
