Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

For the filling, remove the green stems, leavesfinely chop. Garlic squash, peel and finely chop. Mix sour cream with garlic and herbs, salt, mix well. Keep in the refrigerator before feeding.

Courgettes, if necessary, peel and cut into slices. If zucchini old, better to cut them in half lengthwise and remove the hard seeds.

Step 3

Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Roll the zucchini slices in seasoned flour. Heat one or two (it's faster) large frying pan with vegetable oil. You can put zucchini in a single layer and cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 1.5 minutes. from each side.

Step 4

Ready zucchini put in a heated bowl (it can be kept in a preheated oven 80-100 ° C). Before each subsequent portion of zucchini in a skillet just blow a little oil.

When all browned zucchini, serve them immediately with sour cream sauce.
