- lentils orange - 1/2 Art.
- onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- eggplant - 2 pcs.
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.

- olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by step recipe for cooking
In a frying pan pour the olive oil, put the chopped onions and carrots and fry for about 5 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and chilli and fry for 1 minute.
Add the sliced eggplant on a cube and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Pour orange lentils, spices (paprikasweet grind, turmeric, ginger powder, curry powder - only 1/4 teaspoons) .Vlit water to cover the vegetables with lentils and cook for 15 minutes. Then season to taste, add the tomato puree and cook for a further 5 minutes. Bon Appetit!
