Mustard oilNow, during the barbeque, I was very fond of cooking oil on the road green - it is just perfect for meat, not only to the cooked over charcoal.

If someone needs, I'll share my recipeoil with herbs later, and today I want to introduce you to the butter with the addition of mustard. It is very tasty with baked potatoes, steak, roast beef, kebab and other meat. Highly recommend ;)


180 g of butter at room temperature
2 tsp Dijon mustard or other acute
2 tsp grainy mustard
1 clove of garlic
couple sprigs of parsley
salt to taste


Oil, chopped parsley, grated garlic, mustard, salt and put in a bowl.

Put everything in a bowl

Knead and mix to a more or less uniform.


We serve to toast, meat, potatoes and other dishes on your own.

P.S. This oil is perfectly stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
