Ingredients 4 servings:

600 g beef tenderloin or a thick edge
a piece of root ginger (1 tablespoon with a slide able to cut pieces)
50 ml dry white wine (if available - Sake)
200 mol of water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Sahara


Meat cut into thin strips.

Water is mixed with sugar, wine, chopped ginger and soy sauce.

Cooking sauce

Pour the sauce into a saucepan or deep frying pan. Bring to a boil and boiled on medium high heat for about one-third.
