Recipe "Beef sigureni":
I share with you another recipe serves Japanesecuisine. At this time - this is the second dish of beef. The recipe bit aligned to our realities - instead of the originally required sake I use dry white wine. Such is the reality of our meager food market.
As a side dish, of course, perfect rice. As an option - buckwheat soba noodles or a simple egg.
Ingredients 4 servings:
600 g beef tenderloin or a thick edge
a piece of root ginger (1 tablespoon with a slide able to cut pieces)
50 ml dry white wine (if available - Sake)
200 mol of water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Sahara
Meat cut into thin strips.
Finely chop the ginger.
Water is mixed with sugar, wine, chopped ginger and soy sauce.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan or deep frying pan. Bring to a boil and boiled on medium high heat for about one-third.
Put the meat in a saucepan and simmer, uncovered, until the sauce has evaporated almost entirely.
Serve with rice or noodles, sprinkle, if desired, sesame.
