- minced beef - 500 g
- zucchini - 500 g
- onions - 2 pcs.

Step by step recipe for cooking
Onions peeled, finely chop and fry in butter for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Half of olive oil to fry, stirringground beef, add tomato sauce, put the thyme, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 5 minutes over high heat. Remove from the heat, put the roasted onions and half of the cheese and mix.
Zucchini wash, dry and cut into circles of 2-3 mm thickness.
Prepare fill: Beat 1 egg, add the cream, milk, stir well.
In refractory baking dish put half the zucchini.
Then put a layer of minced meat.
Top with a layer of zucchini, fill pour, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
