  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • pepper - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1/2 head
  • salt, spices for grilling
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Grilled vegetables

Zucchini cut into quarter-rings. Peppers remove seeds, cut into 4 pieces.

Step 2

All vegetables folded into a deep bowl, add the olive oil and squeeze out the garlic. Sprinkle spices for grilling and salt. Although no salt is very tasty. Mix well.

Step 3

Put on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and bake in pre-heated oven. Set the temperature to 180 degrees and bake time on the grill for 15 minutes.
