Bread baskets for breakfast

The recipe for "bread basket for breakfast":

bread baskets... Or for dinner. Or just as a hot snack. In general, multi-purpose unit, satisfying and quite caloric. And it is very tasty. In fact, if desired, offered me the stuffing can be replaced by another - for example, for vegetables. These baskets require a little more time to prepare than traditional breakfast omelette or porridge of oatmeal. But why not treat yourself and loved ones, let us say, at the weekend?

Ingredients for 2 servings:

4 slices of toast bread
a couple of sausages or a similar amount of ham
half sweet peppers (I treacherously prematurely climbed into their frozen)
4 slices of cheese
4 quail eggs
40-50 grams of mushrooms (I have them already roasted)


With the cut off bread crust, roll out with a rolling pin and lubricate it with olive oil.

Carefully place the bread into muffin tins and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Cut sausage slices, peppers and mushrooms mix.


Spread in baskets. On top put a piece of cheese and send baskets for 3-4 minutes in a hot oven, the cheese is slightly podplava. Meanwhile, fry fried eggs of quail eggs. Put one egg for each basket and serve.
