Step 1

Clean and wash the pig's trotters and beef. Cover with water, so that it completely covers the meat.

Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper, add the finely chopped garlic. Cook over very low heat for about 2.5-3 hours.

Step 3

Homemade jelly

Drain the broth. A little cool meat. Separate the meat from the bones, cut into large pieces, or chop by hand. Pour the broth. Put in a cold place, allow to harden completely.

Before serving, cut into portions pieces.
