  • 500 g of cooked chicken meat
  • 2 medium onions
  • 300ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

  • olive oil

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Onion peel and cut into small cubes. Heat a large frying pan in olive oil and saute the onion over medium heat until tender, 7-10 minutes.

Step 2

Melt in a skillet the butter, add the flour and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Portions pour in the milk, stirring sauce whisk well. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. until thick.

Step 3

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place insauce, salt and pepper and stir. Arrange for cocotte, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes. in a preheated oven at 180 C until golden brown.
