Recipe "Cannelloni stuffed with meat in cream":
No signs of trouble. I, as usual, was walking to the supermarket with a cart in thought, what would I like to cook. And how on earth was I taxied to the grocery department, where, among other things, on the shelves laid out pasta. Under the hot hand caught my cannelloni - and today I had to gut the refrigerator again. That's what came out of it.
Tutu cannelloni (250 g)
600g mixed minced
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
400 g cream
bunch of parsley
salt to taste
Finely chop the onion and pepper, lightly fried in olive oil.
Add the beef to the pan, salt, fry until cooked. At the end of the process, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste and finely chopped greens.
