Recipe "Potato croquettes with cheese":
This dish is very fond of my husband - he is regularly asked to prepare croquettes on all sorts of different holidays with feasts. For three years they cook, but to capture the recipe for the blog got his hands just now.

Ingredients 6 servings:

30 ml of milk

Potatoes are boiled in salted water. Prepare the mashed potatoes, add butter and warmed milk. Give cool to room temperature (may be more).
