Recipe "Kashmir kyufta yogurt":

Ingredients 4 servings:
800g minced beef or lamb

1/2 tsp curry

300 ml natural yogurt with no additives
1/4 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
Stuffing put in a bowl. Add the finely chopped pepper, grated ginger, cumin, curry, salt and pepper.
Mix and form meatballs about the size of a small tangerine.
