Long time I did not indulge your recipes first courses. Today I offer you a recipe of German sausage soup with beans. By smoked it turns out very flavorful and satisfying. Cook this soup can be both meat and chicken broth.


1.5 liters of broth
150 g of hunting sausages and ham
3 potatoes
1 medium onion
1 large celery stalk
150 g of cabbage
250 g canned red beans
450 g tomatoes in their own juice

0.5 tsp ground cumin
salt to taste


Potatoes, onions and celery cut into cubes and put in heated broth. There also rolling in cumin and put crushed tomatoes with juice.

Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, covered for 20 minutes.

Cabbage finely shinkuem.

Adding together with beans in soup, reduce heat and cook for another 15 minutes.

Sausages and ham cut into small pieces and put into the soup. Season with salt, pepper, warm up for 3-4 minutes.
