Today I want to offer you a recipe for a little unusual, but very tasty soup. It added to raw eggs, which gives it a bit of an unusual appearance.
If you have already prepared the broth and boil the chicken (andit is actually at the same time), then in the subsequent preparation of the soup you leave the bare minimum of time. That is, the soup - a good option for the procurement of the day dinner
Ingredients 4 servings:
1 liter chicken stock
2-3 boiled chicken leg quarter (welded in the same broth ), Cut into pieces
small piece of ginger (2 st.l.v should get a cut pieces)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or taste)
400 g sweet canned corn
salt to taste
Egg whisk lightly with a fork.
Ginger finely chop.
In a saucepan, warm up 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and 1 tsp sesame. Put the ginger and fry, stirring, 30 seconds.
Pour the broth and soy sauce, add the corn. Mix.
Cook 5 minutes. Then, with constant stirring, pour a thin stream of eggs.
