Ingredients 6 servings:

1 head iceberg lettuce (about 200-300 g)
200-250 g mozzarella
1-2 ripe medium tomatoes
130g canned tuna (in brine or oil - does not matter)

For the filling:

4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine or cider vinegar
1 large clove of garlic (or 2 small)
salt and pepper to taste


In a bowl, mix the grated garlic with the remaining ingredients for the filling. Stir with a fork until a homogeneous emulsion.


Salad coarsely cut, put to the filling and mix.
