Liver cake with carrot stuffing

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil - 50 g
  • Mayonnaise - 200 g
  • Garlic - 4 cloves

  • beef liver - 300 g
  • milk - 100 ml
  • flour - 100 g

  • carrot - 300 g plus for decoration
  • onions - 150 g
  • salt - 2 g
  • pepper - 2 g
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Prepare liver pancakes. Fresh beef liver we clean from the veins. Grind in a blender or meat grinder with a fine nozzle. In the resulting mass add a little milk and flour. Mix to a state of pancake dough. At the end of the break in the dough eggs. A little bit of vegetable oil and spices to taste. Beat until smooth and whisk to remove the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 2

While the dough is resting, prepare the carrot cream. Purified carrot rub on a fine grater, onion cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil, carrots and onions until cooked. Add to the end of the salt, pepper and a little sugar.

Separately, take the mayonnaise, garlic and fresh herbs, stir into a thick dressing.

Step 4
