Step by step recipe for cooking
Before you start salting mackerel at home should: wash the onion peel, clean mackerel, prepare the tea without additives, salt, sugar, pepper and bay leaf.
To prepare the brine needed in 2 liters of wateradd salt, sugar, onion peel washed, black tea without additives, bay leaf and pepper sweet peas and send it to the fire to boil, let simmer for 5 minutes.
After complete cooling the brine we filter and fill them mackerel. After 4 days of mackerel is ready for use. Bon Appetit!
