In principle, this combination of products is not alien to the Soviet man, but we have, it was easier - cooked pasta, mixed with cheese - and welling. In this case, mix pasta with cheese, cream and other fillings and baked in the oven under the crust of the same cheese and bread crumbs. Delicious :)

Incidentally, it is also a great option for the disposal of yesterday's pasta (if they were cooked in excess and were not made). If someone else does not prepare so - we take on board.

Ingredients 6 servings:

400 g of short pasta (dry)
300 g of a semisolid cheese
400 g smoked cooked ham
150 ml whipping cream (30%)
3-4 slices of white bread
1 clove of garlic or 1/2 tsp dried granulated garlic
salt to taste


Paste boil in salted water until tender. Recline in a colander.


Ham cut into small cubes.


Three cheese on a coarse grater.


With the cut off bread crust, crumb grind in a blender into crumbs.

Pasta mix with 2/3 of the cheese, grated garlic, ham and cream, season with salt further if necessary.
