Honey Granola (muesli)

Recipe "Honey Granola (muesli)":

GranolaShe - homemade muesli. Yes, the same, the long-awaited :) Well what can I say about them?

Muesli I basically do not like - well, taste good to methere is a mixture of packs. But when I made them myself - for a long time and could not stop eating them straight dry, only removing from the oven. They are just wonderful - tasty, crispy, flavorful. The main thing is not to feel sorry for nuts and dried fruit - and this is at least half the battle ;) .


500 grams of oatmeal (they need to be large, as I have in the photo, and the usual small bystrokashi "Hercules" will not go)
200 g of nuts (walnuts, almonds, wood, cashew or other of your choice)
3 tablespoons peeled sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons flaxseed optional
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 large egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
Honey 200 g
70 ml of olive oil
200 g dried fruit (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, cherries, figs, etc.)


Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Proteins, beat with the salt in a soft foam. Add the cinnamon, honey and olive oil, mix well.

Nuts coarsely chop.


Mix with seeds and oats. Add the honey mass and mix well so that it enveloped all the cereals and nuts.


Put the mixture on a baking sheet and put in the oven. We hold about 15 minutes, then remove and stir. Again, we send it in the oven, zpechem until the flakes do not acquire a golden hue.

While fried flakes, not very finely chopped dried fruit (cherries and raisins leave as is).

Dried fruits

Ready pour cereal into a bowl, add the dried fruit and mix.


All. Eat, pouring milk, juice or yogurt.
