  • 500 g of small mushrooms strong

  • small bunch of tarragon

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Garlic cleaned, cut in half lengthwise. In a skillet, heat the oil, add salt, put the garlic and cook over low heat until it becomes slightly translucent, 3-4 minutes.

Step 2

Mushrooms clean (wipe with a cloth). Add the mushrooms in hot oil with garlic, remove from heat and stir completely cool. Transfer to a container with a tightly fitting lid.

Step 3

We remove the tarragon leaves from the stems. We cut the parsley stems directly under the leaves. Both stems mash fingers, fasten with string and place in the marinade.

Step 4

Leaflets tarragon and parsley finely chop,put to the mushrooms. Add pepper and paprika, stir, cover, place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, it is better for 2-3 days. But do not store mushrooms in oil for more than 10 days.
