Step by step recipe for cooking
Sift flour into a large bowl slide, dothe center of the groove, add the eggs and vegetable oil. A thin stream, stirring constantly, pour the milk. Mix well, cover the bowl with the dough with foil or a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Spinach washed, folded into a saucepan, tightly cover and cook without water over high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool (fresh frozen spinach simply defrost). Then, squeeze the spinach thoroughly, put in a blender, add the cream cheese, yogurt and horseradish. Grind until smooth.
Green onions wash, dry and chop. Salmon fillet cut into small cubes. Mix shpinatnosyrnuyu stuffing with fish and onions.
Bake the pancakes. Preheat a frying pan with a diameter of 18 cm 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Ladle pour the dough, spread it all over the pan and fry for 1.5 minutes. Flip the pancake to the other side and fry for 1 minute. Transfer to a platter. Just bake another 14 pancakes, put them on a plate stack.
Liberally grease each pancake cooked stuffing and roll into a roll.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Put rolls in a round baking dish, folding their "snail" in a circle. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.
