Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Cheese cut into medium pieces. Pepper cut in half, remove the seeds and core, cut into medium-sized pieces also.

Step 2

Mix all the marinade ingredients. Carefully add the cheese and pepper, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Cheese and pepper are strung alternately on longa wooden skewer. Fry the vegetable oil in a pan on all sides until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. On a plate put the salad leaves and finely chopped onions. Top - skewer with cheese and pepper. Garnish with basil leaves.
