Panic Tikka (cheese tofu baked with pepper)


  • 150 g tofu cheese (preferably compressed)
  • 40 g of sweet pepper
  • 30 g tomatoes
  • 3 g of crushed garlic

  • 1 g of chilli pepper
  • 10 grams of vegetable oil
  • 5 g of mustard oil
  • red onion supply

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Tofu cut into large cubes, or cubes. Tomato slice, pepper - squares. Mix all the ingredients, let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Fry cheese and vegetables in vegetable oil in a frying pan and bake in the oven until golden in color. Put on a plate, alternating cheese and vegetables. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped red onion.
