Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Carefully go through and wash mung bean. Soak for 2 hours.

Step 2

Heat in a pan or multivarka oil, adding to cumin and dried garlic.

Step 3

Put mung bean, water after pre-drainingsoaking in oil and mix. Boil water and pour the mash. Usually, for the preparation of foie use multivarku setting "quenching" mode. Cook for 40-50 minutes.

Step 4

10 minutes before end of cooking add salt,pepper and chopped parsley. Greens - to taste, we usually dill, but you can add the parsley or cilantro. After cooking give a little cool, then shred with a blender until smooth.
