Recipe "Pate":



  • chicken liver - 500 g
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc. (medium size)
  • cream 10% - 100 g
  • orange - 1 pc. (Juice and zest)
  • butter - 100 g (room temperature)
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Brandy - 30 g
  • salt and pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Carrots my, clean, cut into slices, lay in a heated pan and fry with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Bow clean, cut into half rings, add the carrots and continue to fry until golden brown. Then add a little water and simmer until then, until carrots are tender.

Step 3

My liver, give water to drain and add to the vegetable mixture, followed by adding alcohol + + orange peel orange juice and simmer for 5-7 minutes with the lid open.

Step 4

At the very end we add the cream, salt and pepper,stir, turn off the pan. Give cool 10 minutes and break through the blender into a homogeneous mass, add the butter, stir and spread in any convenient bowl, remove and leave in the fridge for a few hours to paste thickens.
