The proportion of this recipe is designed only for15-16 cookies, so if you want to bake more and to entertain friends or acquaintances - increase the amount of ingredients at least twice. And yes, by the way, it is quite possible to turn on cookies in a gift set of Christmas sweets
Ingredients 16 pieces:
50 g melted butter
3 tablespoons dark syrup (maltose, honey can be replaced, but the taste will change)
70 g of brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground dry ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves (you can not put, if you do not find or do not like)
1/2 tsp soda
1/8 tsp salt
150 g flour
Pour into a bowl of melted butter, put the molasses, sugar and spices. Thoroughly stir whisk.
Add the sifted with baking soda and salt, flour and knead the dough.
Form the dough 16 small balls and put them on the laid parchment baking paper.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top (you can just dip in a saucer with a mound of sugar - so it will be more convenient ).
Put the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until the edges of the pastry slightly darkened, about 12-15 minutes.
We take out, cool and enjoy.
