Step 1

Pre-thaw the puff pastry. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Douse with cold water and pat dry. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Rub the grated cheddar, ham cut into small cubes. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, ham and broccoli, salt and pepper.

Step 3
