Recipe "Simple plum cake":
Adding another recipe with plums and reworking the same time brought from the village of fresh plums - in its purest form in our family eat it just me, and baking it goes just fine.

Ingredients 21-23 cm to form:
125 g butter
150 g sugar 1-2 tablespoons + for strewing plums
1 tsp vanilla sugar
200 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
250-300 g plums
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp lemon peel
Butter, beat with the usual sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Add the lemon zest and eggs - one by one, beating well after each. Add the sifted with baking powder and salt, flour, knead the dough.
We shift the dough into a greased form and level.
Plum cut in half and take out the bones. We put up a plum skin on the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
We send in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until dry matches, about 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
