This dish can be supplied in two versions: as a dessert after the main meal and a breakfast. Rice pudding can be supplemented with seasonal fruit and choice, as well as your favorite jam or syrup. Ingredients 4 servings:
Sugar 100 g
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
100 g Round rice (ideally rice for risotto - Arborio or karnarolli)
fresh or canned fruit to taste (I have canned mandarins)
syrups or jams to taste and desire
Mix in the dipper milk with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
We put on the stove over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the fire almost to a minimum, do not add the washed rice and cook for about 45 minutes.
Figure should become soft, and the liquid absorbed therein almost completely.
Serve the pudding with fruit and syrup in a warm or completely cooled.
