Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 0.5 liters of milk
  • 1 kg of beef tenderloin in one piece
  • 0.5 cups dry white wine
  • 300g new potatoes
  • 100 g pickled cucumbers
  • 50 g of green leaf lettuce

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Tenderloin with salt and pepper. Pour the milk and soak for 3 hours. Remove, dry.

Step 2

In a frying pan heat the olive oil and fry the meat for 3 minutes. on each side, until golden brown.

Step 3

Pour into pan with meat wine, cook another 15 minutes. Remove meat, cool.

Step 4

Cut into thick slices 1-1.5 cm. Put slices of roast beef on a serving dish.
