Ingredients

  • 5 fresh yellow dates
  • 1/2 cup peeled pistachios

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of "Extra virgin" olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Slice the leek rings 1 cm thick. Garlic clean, cut each clove in half lengthwise. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the leeks, stirring, over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until the leeks are tender - 3 min. Put the sugar, stir, wait until the sugar has dissolved, and remove the pan from the heat. Cool and reload the onion in a bowl.

Step 2

Dates peel, finely chop and add to the onions.

Step 3

Pistachio coarsely chop and place in a salad. Season Per-CEM, salt and balsamic vinegar.

Step 4

Cover the bowl with salad with cling film and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
